About
The devotional experience
d365 is a daily devotion written for youth and adults. The devotion follows a five-step format – Pause, Listen, Think, Pray, Go.
- The Pause step remains the same all week and is designed as a centering tool as you begin the devotion.
- The Listen step is the scripture passage for the day, using the Common English Bible translation.
- The Think step is the devotional thought by the week’s writer.
- The Pray step is the start of a prayer that you can expand into your own conversation with God.
- The Go step is a call to action – launching you from this moment toward acting on what you have heard.
Instrumental music is available for your devotional experience. You can start the music by selecting the music notes at the top right of the screen, and then you can adjust the volume as needed.
Typically, an author writes on a single theme for one week. In these devotions, you will read honest struggles and questions, all in the context of real faith. As you read the thoughts of the writers, think about your own response to the scripture for the day. Let the writerās words serve as background for your own conversation with God.

Most of the year is spent in what the church calls āOrdinary Time.ā But we will highlight two special seasons of the church with Following the Star for Advent, and Journey to the Cross for Lent. For our student audience, we have a series each August called āBack to School.”
Welcome to ORDINARY TIME, a season lasting half a year (from Pentecost and Advent), when Godās extraordinary actions inspire us to grow as the Body of Christ.
This series follows the common liturgical season of Advent, running from the end of November to the beginning of January.
This series provides inspiration during the Lenten season, beginning on Ash Wednesday and running through the Sunday following Easter.
From August to September, we provide a series of encouragement and wisdom from scripture for a significant time of transition in studentsā lives.
The d365 daily devotional site is produced by Passport, Inc., a national student ministry organization and 501(c)(3) nonprofit, focused on creating meaningful experiences and resources for students. From youth and childrenās camps to international awareness and youth leader resources, Passport, Inc. gives students a chance to see and experience their world in new ways. Passport launched its first devotional site in 2001 in response to the attacks of September 11th. The primary goal since the start has been to provide inspirational and relevant reflections on scripture for young people.
The devotional experience, written especially for youth and young adults, seeks to provide reflections on themes that impact our faith journey. We are happy to say that d365 is read by over 7,500 people each day, from over 180 different countries! We hope this experience will create a quiet space in your life for meditation and prayer.
